NEWSLETTER PRIVACY

Your inbox. Your choice.

Florida Card Labs is operated by Patrick Burns. When you join, we save your name, email address, weekly newsletter preference, signup source, consent wording, and signup date. We use these details to send Pokémon and gaming tips, channel updates, and occasional store offers.

Your signup is stored in our website database. It is not shown publicly or sold. Patrick can export the subscriber list to operate the newsletter. Your form is submitted securely, and we keep your subscription until you unsubscribe or request removal.

You can unsubscribe using the link included in future newsletters, or request access, correction, removal, or unsubscribe by emailing iampatburns@gmail.com.

We use a temporary hashed request identifier to limit automated spam. It is removed after approximately 30 minutes.
